Special things are happening here at Emerge. Look no further than our last quarter. Q3 was more than just another incredible quarter for us; it was a culmination of a seven-year journey that resulted in both local and national recognition for our firm.
Achieving remarkable, sustained growth as a company, Emerge was recognized by key reputable outlets last quarter, including the Inc. 5000 award for fastest-growing businesses nationally and, most recently, the Denver Business Journal’s “Fast 50” list. These awards are a substantial achievement, as they require firms to showcase three straight years of growth. As we look back on the past seven years, we remember the challenges, triumphs, and moments of uncertainty throughout our growth. Nevertheless, we stayed true to our vision and kept grinding.
As we close out 2023, we are hitting weekly all time highs while gearing up for 2024 with a 4x outlook. In preparation, we are readying our team, actively hiring, and strategically restructuring our organization to champion our present and future growth.
First and foremost, we’re excited to share some key promotions, elevating the talents within our team. Kelsea Farrell has taken the role of the Recruiting Director for Emerge, now overseeing both the Customer and Corporate Practices.
Additionally, Christy Goldsmith has been promoted to Recruiting Lead for the Customer Contact Center Unit while Clayton Scholl has taken on the task of leading our rapidly expanding Associate Recruiting team. Lastly, Bassel Alshamali has stepped into a Recruiting Leaderdhip position, covering both our Technical and Industrial practices. We’re looking forward to witnessing our team transition into their new roles and continue to help Emerge hit our goals.
On top of our growth and recognition, we are also incredibly proud of our efforts that extend beyond our business. We recently held our annual fundraiser and raised $15K for the Dolly Parton Imagination Library. Dolly Parton’s Imagination Library is a book gifting program that gives free, high-quality books to children from birth to age five, no matter their family’s income. The money we raised will fund 6 months’ worth of books for kids in Denver.
